Implantation bleeding – A pregnant women will observe small patches of pink and brown patches between the 6 to 10 days after becoming pregnant. This is called implantation bleeding. This bleeding is normal and occurs as the placenta tries to attach itself to the fertilized eggs.
Fatigue – If you are pregnant you will experience sudden fatigue and drowsiness during the first month. This too is caused by the increase in progesterone hormone.
Nausea and vomiting – Persistent vomiting, nausea and morning sickness is the earliest symptoms of first month of pregnancy. This symptom starts about after two weeks after you have conceived.
Heightened sensitivity to smell and frequent cravings – Suddenly some smell becomes sharper to pregnant women when they are pregnant.
Sometimes women become intolerant to the smell of their favorite perfume. Due to the fluctuating hormone levels women often get cravings for certain foods.
